2.1. Package prices are quoted in USD currency and are based on current rates of exchange and hotel tariffs.

3.1. Cancellation requests must be made in writing (email or letter).
3.2. The following cancellation charges will apply:

• 30–44 days before departure: 50% of total cost

• Less than [30] days before departure: 100% (no refund)

3.3. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 days after written cancellation.

• In peak season (example: long weekends, festival season, summer vacation etc.) most of the hotels charge 100% cancellation
